What are the technical requirements?
Docker Desktop, 8 GB RAM minimum (16 GB recommended), 10 GB free disk space. Windows 10/11, macOS 12+, or Ubuntu 20.04+. Internet only needed for first install to download Docker images and the AI model — roughly 3 GB total.
How long does setup take?
First-time setup takes 15–30 minutes including the AI model download. After that, Vvault starts in under 30 seconds. We offer free setup help via screen share for all customers — most people are running their first questionnaire within an hour of purchase.
How accurate are the generated answers?
68% of questions are answered instantly from your knowledge base with high confidence. The remaining 32% are generated by the local AI and flagged for review. All answers go through human review before you submit. Our answer library compounds over time — the more questionnaires you run, the higher the hit rate.
What questionnaire formats are supported?
Excel (.xlsx), Word (.docx), and PDF questionnaires are all supported. If a format isn't working, contact us — we typically add support within a week.
Can multiple people use it?
Yes. One installation supports unlimited users. Admin users can approve answers and manage the team. Viewer users can run autofill and review answers. No per-seat fees.
What happens after the first year?
